Kolagen Plus MSM

Kolagen MSM 60 Capsules

Kolagen MSM  together with vitamin C is a food supplement developed and produced in Czech Republic.  We have combined the best properties of our hugely popular lyophilized collagen and MSM and added vitamin C for the best effect and absorption.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of bones and cartilage tissue.

What makes our product even more special is the unique chemical-free production process of our collagen.

Collagen pure crystalline bovine collagen lyophilized, purity 99.9%.

A popular form of lyophilized collagen that has passed the test of users offered in small white soft cubes that only contain 99,9% purity collagen
(with no additives, coloring agents,…) and are easy to use.

Thanks to the atypical and also thrifty method of processing collagen is rid of water, therefore the cubes can be of a small size, soft and light. 1 cube (8mg) of lyophilized collagen corresponds to 800mg of the collagen gel.

Crystalline collagen of 99,99 % purity
All preparations of the Colafit line contain a unique active substance – crystalline collagen type I. By use of a patented procedure telopeptides are removed thus giving rise to a 99,99 %, pure form of collagen named atelocollagen.

Collagen type I?
Collagen is a protein that does not dissolve in water and which forms the fundamental building block of connective tissues. It forms 25-30% of all proteins in the bodies of mammals in the form of collagen fibers.

The most common collagen in the organism is collagen type I. In the human body there is up to 90 % of it and it plays a very significant role in the proper functioning  of the whole locomotive system. It is a so-called supporting, structural collagen. It forms the basis of bones, sinews, rib cartilage fascia, cutis…  Collagen typu I molecules form a chain and strong fibers and bunches that can be seen by a naked eye.

Joint cartilage
Joint cartilage is a connective tissue that is formed by collagen up to 40 %. Basic collagen chains that could be compared to a rope of beads grouped into a triple helix of procollagen and through a complex process this becomes collagen fibrils and collagen fibres. A system of collagen fibres form the supporting structure of the whole cartilage. Whether or not the cartilage is firm enough is a matter of the quality of collagen fibres.

Facts about the effects of collagen in the body
The mechanism of the influence of crystalline collagen type I in the organism is different from the absorption of other substances. Joints are not supplied by blood vessels and get nutrients from the synovial fluid that the joint moves in. The effects of collagen type I are explained by the mechanism of oral tolerance: after oral use of a small amount of collagen there is an induction of regulatory T-lymphocites of the immune system, that produce anti-inflammatory cytokines.
