Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. We will deliver the goods you have ordered to you as an insured

parcel by post as soon as your financing application has been received by our partner bank.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive further e-mails with the dispatch confirmation. 

Germany: Within Germany, delivery is by Deutsche Post (https://www.deutschepost.de/). All deliveries within Germany are free of charge.

Austria: We send deliveries with the Austrian Post (https://www.post.at/). All deliveries within Austria are free of charge.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: We send all deliveries with Swiss Post (https://www.post.ch). All deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are free of charge.

Europa:  We send all deliveries with Czech Post (https://www.post.cz). All deliveries within Europe are free of charge. 

Delivery terms

The goods will be sent to the delivery address specified by the customer. Costs resulting from incorrect address information can be passed on to the buyer. The provider is not responsible for possible delays or other customer disadvantages resulting from incorrect address information.

Delivery times: All shipments are sent within 5-8 days to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The period for delivery begins with the receipt of your order and ends on the last day of the specified delivery period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. We will inform you immediately of delays in delivery.

Transport damage

The customer will check the goods. In the case of externally visible transport damage, the customer undertakes to note this on the shipping documents and to have the delivery agent acknowledge it; the packaging is to be retained.

If the (partial) loss or damage is not visible from the outside, the customer must notify Collagenlyophilized Online Shop of this within 1 day of delivery to the transport company in order to ensure that any claims against the transport company are asserted in good time.
