Dosage:
Adults take 3 tablets a day (can be taken at once), children 12 years and 1 tablet a day preferably after a meal. For swallowing problems, the tablets can be halved or crushed. For optimum efficacy, we recommend using for at least 2-3 months and can be repeated several times a year.
